The Terms of Service represents an agreement between you ("You" or "Your") and Gala Sports Technology Limited ("Gala", "We", "Us" or "Our"), a company registered under the laws of Hong Kong with its principal place of business in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China. This Policy sets out the ways in which We handle personal information which We may gather in providing You with games, software, updates, add-ons (including virtual goods and virtual currency), and services offered by Us, as well as any Gala website which You access to avail of any of the above (collectively, the "Services").

References to Gala in this Policy shall include any Gala affiliates, which shall include subsidiaries, parent companies, and any other entities under common ownership. Where You receive or participate in a Service provided directly by Gala, Gala acts as the data controller (or, under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China ("PIPL"), the "personal information processor") of Your personal data. Where applicable, We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) whom You may contact regarding data protection matters — see Section 13 (Contact Us).
1.3 Third-Party Services
Our Services may be accessed through one or more third-party websites, services, or platforms (such as Facebook, Google Play, or the Apple App Store). Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (for example, the platform through which You are accessing the Services, such as Google's or Apple's app store). Our Services may also contain links to other websites and services. Any information that You provide on or to a third-party website or service is provided directly to the owner of that website or service and is subject to that party's privacy policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such websites or services, and We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or security practices and policies of those websites or services. We recommend that You carefully review the privacy policies of any third-party websites and services that You access.
1.4 Relationship with Terms of Service
This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with Our Terms of Service and any additional applicable terms brought to Your attention when You access the Services. By accessing and using the Services, You also agree to be bound by Our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in Our data processing practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. We will notify You of any material changes via the platform through which You access the Services and/or by publishing the modified Privacy Policy on any platform through which You access the Services. 2.1.2 Device and Network Information
- Device model, device manufacturer, operating system type and version
- Device MAC address, device settings, language, and time zone
- Unique device identifiers (such as IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, OPENUDID, GUID, OAID, and IMSI information of the SIM card)
- IP address (both IPv4 and IPv6)
- Network connection type (Wi-Fi/cellular) and network operator
- Browser type, browser language, and browser settings
2.1.3 In-Game and Usage Information
- In-game property information tied to Your user ID (including dealing records, balances, virtual currency, coupons, game exchange codes, and payment currency)
- Personal in-game records and log information tied to Your user ID (including in-game usage records, game progress, achievements, order records, and operation logs)
- Game state data, game interaction data, and gameplay statistics
- URLs, domain names, and landing pages accessed within the Services
2.1.3 Payment and Transaction Information
- Records of purchases of virtual items or services within the Services
- Transaction identifiers and payment confirmation data
We do NOT collect, store, or have access to Your credit card, debit card, or other financial account numbers. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment service providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
2.1.4 Communication Information
- Correspondence and communications when You contact Our customer support
- Any information You voluntarily provide in surveys, feedback forms, or user research
2.2 Sensitive Personal Information
Under PIPL and other applicable laws, certain categories of personal information are considered "sensitive personal information" because its disclosure or misuse could cause harm to individuals. The sensitive personal information We may collect includes:
- Unique device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, IMSI) — used solely for account security, fraud prevention, and service optimization
- Precise geolocation data (only if You have granted explicit permission; We do not collect this by default)
- Payment transaction records (retained only as required by tax and financial regulations)
Where We process sensitive personal information, We will notify You of the necessity and the impact on Your rights and interests, and obtain Your separate consent as required by applicable law.
2.3 Information You Provide Directly
We collect Personal Information that You provide directly to Us when You:

- Communicate with other users through the Services

Please note that if You disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Services may become inaccessible or may not function properly. 5. HOW WE SHARE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1 Service Providers and Data Processors
We may share Your Personal Information with third-party service providers and data processors who perform services on Our behalf, including but not limited to: cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, customer support platforms, email delivery services, payment processors, and marketing service providers. 5.3 Corporate Transactions
If We are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of Our assets, Your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify You of any such change and ensure that the receiving entity is bound by obligations of confidentiality and data protection at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.
5.4 Aggregated and De-Identified Information

Where We transfer Personal Information from the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the United Kingdom to countries outside the EEA/UK that are not recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection, We implement appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), as applicable.

7. DATA RETENTION
7.1 Retention Periods
We retain Your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

8. PROTECTION OF MINORS
8.1 Age Restrictions
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in the EEA, where applicable). In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-06 and 16 C.F.R. §§ 312.1-312.12, PIPL, and the Regulations on the Protection of Minors in Cyberspace of the PRC, We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the applicable minimum age without verified parental or guardian consent.
The Services may only be used by:
- A person over the age of 16; or
- A person between the age of 13 and 16 where that person's parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy on their behalf; or
- A person of any age where permitted by applicable local law.
8.2 Parental Rights
If You are a parent or guardian and You believe that a child under the applicable minimum age has provided Us with Personal Information without proper consent, please contact us immediately at service@galasports.com. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Information from a child under the applicable minimum age without verification of parental consent, We will take prompt steps to remove that information from Our servers.
8.3 Minor Protection Features (PRC Requirements)

10.5 Right to Deletion / Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten")
You have the right to request the deletion of Your Personal Information in certain circumstances, including where: (i) the Personal Information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; (ii) You withdraw Your consent and no other legal basis applies; (iii) You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds; (iv) the Personal Information has been unlawfully processed; or (v) deletion is required by applicable law.

If You do so, You will no longer have access to the Services associated with Your account. Note that We may retain Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce Our agreements, and protect Our legal rights.
10.6 Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request that We restrict the processing of Your Personal Information in certain circumstances, such as where You contest the accuracy of the data (for a period enabling Us to verify accuracy) or where the processing is unlawful and You oppose deletion.
10.7 Right to Data Portability
Where technically feasible, You have the right to receive Your Personal Information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have that data transmitted directly to another data controller. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 10.11 Rights Under CCPA/CPRA (California Residents)
If You are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides You with additional rights:

10.12 Rights Under Other US State Laws
Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing activities. 10.13 Rights Under Nevada Law
Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of the "sale" of their Personal Information as defined under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. As stated in Section 5.5, We do not sell Personal Information. However, if You are a Nevada resident, You may still submit an opt-out request to service@galasports.com, and We will record Your instructions.
10.14 How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of Your rights, please contact us at service@galasports.com. To protect the security of Your account and Personal Information, We may ask You to provide certain additional information to verify Your identity before We respond to Your request. We will respond to Your request without undue delay and within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally within 30 days, unless a shorter timeframe applies). If We cannot fulfill Your request, We will explain the reasons.
11. DO NOT TRACK AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
11.1 Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers and mobile devices have a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") feature that signals to websites that You do not want to have Your online activity tracked. Because there is not yet a consensus on how companies should interpret DNT signals, We do not currently respond to DNT signals. However, You may control certain tracking through Your browser and device settings as described in Section 4.5.
11.2 Automated Decision-Making
We may use automated decision-making processes for purposes including fraud detection, cheat detection, and account security. Where such automated decisions produce legal effects concerning You or similarly significantly affect You, and where required by applicable law, We will: (i) inform You of the logic involved; (ii) provide a mechanism for You to contest the decision; and (iii) ensure human oversight of significant automated decisions.
12. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION IMPACT ASSESSMENT
In accordance with PIPL and other applicable regulations, We conduct a personal information protection impact assessment ("PIPIA") in the following circumstances: (i) when processing sensitive personal information; (ii) when transferring personal information to other personal information processors; (iii) when transferring personal information outside of the People's Republic of China; and (iv) when other processing activities may have a significant impact on the rights and interests of individuals. We retain the results of such assessments for at least three years.
